PLEASE NOTE that the registration fee is quoted in US dollars and the registration fee includes:
Attending any session, meeting and exhibition, oral/poster presentations
Catering during the conference (lunch, dinner)
Publishing one paper in the conference proceeding.
The registration fee does not include:
Visa application fee
Transportation fee
Accommodation (Accommodation of one night is about $50 dollars, cheaper hotels nearby are available).
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceeding book.
*** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD

Important Notes

Please notice the conference website for definitive formatting guidelines and sample templates. All accepted papers and extended abstracts are subject to the deadlines specified below and will be included in the conference proceedings. Submission of a paper should be regarded as undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper via oral presentation or poster.

♦ Submission deadline for all manuscripts is May 15th, 2021 both contributed and invited submissions.

♦ English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be English writing and presenting.

♦ The author should submit the full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.

♦ Each paper should have 4 pages at least. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation and should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Notification of acceptance：

Authors will be notified of paper acceptance or reject by email as close as possible to the published author notification date. The notification email will include comments from the reviewers and/or program committee members. The conference cannot guarantee that all of the reviewers will provide the level of detail desired by you. However, reviewers are encouraged to submit as detailed comments as possible.

Academic Ethics：

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If plagiarism is found, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.

Review Process：

All the papers received will be passed to the program chair who is in charge of the peer review process and will assign at least two suitable technical committee members as reviewers for each paper whose areas of expertise have to match with the topics of the papers. The review comments will be sent back to the program chair who will make decisions about submissions. The conference secretary then will inform the corresponding authors about the review results.The papers which need revisions will be required to be sent back within stipulated time, and only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted.

Legal Disclaimer Notice
To ensure that the conference is carried out smoothly and efficiently in a safe environment, we make the following disclaimers:

First, the participants must wear the conference name tag to enter the conference areas during the entire conference. Individuals not wearing it will not be denied entry. Participants are not allowed to bring their associates or families into the conference areas. If you wish to bring someone, please inform the conference person in charge in advance to obtain a special name tag for whatever event like presentations, breaks or meals.

Second, participants should confirm that they have good physical, mental and psychological preparation to participate in the event. If the participant is under 18 years old, he or she must be accompanied by his or her legal guardian. The conference organizer and associations will not responsible for their safety.

Third, all legal responsibilities and liabilities arising directly or indirectly from participants’ activities during the event shall be borne by the participants themselves.

Fourth, the conference area is public, so participants should take care of their belongings at all times.. All losses related to personal property will not be the responsibility of the event organizers and associations.
