Devices provided by the organizer
Presentation Laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Reader
Projector and Screen with Audio Support
Delegates should bring their presentations in Memory
Stick/ Storage Devices as MS Power Point presentation/
PDF file and upload them on the Presentation Laptop
provided by the organizer in advance.
Delegates presenting by posters, should bring a printed
poster. The poster should be big enough to be easily
readable by the viewers( The poster should be A1 size,
portrait).
Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for
presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes
of Q & A session.
‘Certificate of Attendance’ for listener can be collected at the
registration counter on request. ‘Participation
Certificate’ for authors and presenters will be provided only
after the presentation by session chair.

Valediction Ceremony
Organizer will not provide accommodation, so the
delegates are suggested to make early reservation.
